Staff Profiles Adrián V. Ortiz 
Adrián joined Minerva Enterprises in 2005 with almost fifteen years of information technology experience in the public sector. Adrián has become Minerva's lead technical expert in HP Enterprise Discovery and MySQL. He has participated in several AssetCenter implementations and upgrades and has developed a strong familiarity with both AssetCenter and Connect-It. Adrián started off his career heavily involved in PC and LAN support for the San Diego City School District. He then worked for eight years with the San Diego Sheriff’s Department. At the time of his departure from the Sheriff’s Department he was the lead content management analyst, having helped design, implement and manage several systems including the Sheriff's department’s toxicology reporting, criminal records and inmate medical records systems. Adrián earned a BS in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University. He is ITIL v.3 Foundation, CHAMP, CSAM and CDIA+ Certified. Adrián lives in San Diego. |
